EEC-610BM Electronic Edge/Line/Center Position Controller (EPC/LPC/CPC)
The electronic edge position controller is used with web guide sensor and actuator on the roll material to avoid the deviation and stabilize rewinding/unwinding edge quality.
This web guide control systems EEC-610BM with 32-bit CPU, PI adjustment algorithm, DC brushless motor, edge correction with high accuracy and fast response. There are three working modes including edge, line and center, to improve rewinding/unwinding quality effectively. EEC-610BM for using with IES/UES/PES series sesnors and MA-M series actuators, comprehensive set contains controller, detector and drive device.
The edge/line/center position control system is used on reel to avoid the web meandering, and can timely detection and effectively guide the edge of web.
Using 32-bit CPU, PI adjustment algorithm and DC motor drive.
With high accuracy of edge correction and fast response, it has three operation modes of adjustment : Edge/Line/Center
